• 1 Howlite tumbled stone
• 1 Amethyst tumbled stone
• Dream mist 50ml
• Rest essential oil roller blend 10ml (***if selected)

Lepidolite crystal is the ultimate relaxer and high in lithium, place this piece under your pillow and allow it’s soothing vibes send you off to sleep, you can reach for it during the night to help you fall back to sleep.

Howlite crystal is very a calming crystal, hold this in your hands while your getting ready for sleeping, then place it under your pillow or on your bedside table to keep the calmness all night.

Amethyst crystal is a peaceful calming crystal, you can wear this on you during the evenings to help you wind down and relax.

Dream Sleep Mist, If you find it hard to unwind from the day and drift off to sleep, spritz our DREAM sleep mist on yourself and your pillow a few minutes before bed. Allow the calming blend of warm floral and grounding essential oils infused with moonstone & amethyst chips is a beautiful way to settle in for a good nights rest.

This comes packaged in a 50ml recyclable amber glass mister bottle.

Our crystals have been cleansed using sage and charged using a Tibetan singing bowl, to keep them at their best frequencies energetically & it is recommended to cleanse and charge them regularly.
