Rise — Morning Blend
A bright, uplifting blend to awaken the senses and bring coherence to mind and body.
Notes of bergamot and grapefruit gently refresh and enliven, while neroli brings a soft emotional steadiness. Frankincense and ho wood offer a grounded clarity beneath the brightness, with blue lotus adding a subtle expansion—inviting presence as you begin your day.
Infused with clear quartz chips, known for their amplifying and clarifying energy, this blend supports focus, intention, and a calm, energised state.
Paired with a guided morning breathwork ritual and morning affirmation, Rise helps you transition out of sleep and into a steady, open rhythm for the day ahead.
Rest — Evening Blend
A soft, enveloping blend to quiet the mind and release the day.
Australian sandalwood, frankincense, and myrrh create a deeply grounding base, anchoring the body and slowing the breath. Chamomile soothes and softens, while blue lotus invites a gentle unwinding of the mind.
Infused with lapis lazuli chips, traditionally associated with inner wisdom, calm and easing a busy mind, this blend encourages a sense of safety, surrender, and inner quiet.
