An anchor for your energy, GROUNDED invites you into the quiet connection of your body to the earth—into the depth of your being. Rooted in the spirit of ancient earth and crafted with care, this blend supports stability, physical presence & reconnection to your body.
Use before meditation, yoga, walking barefoot on the land—or whenever you need to return to yourself and the feeling of the Earth beneath you.
Essential Oils:
Australian Sandalwood:
Sandalwood grounds and reconnects. It brings the energy of ancient trees and sacred lands, stabilising the spirit into the body with presence and calm.
Buddhawood:
With its rich, smoky scent, Buddhawood carries ancestral memory and depth. It connects us to the wisdom in stillness and strengthens our capacity to remain grounded through change.
Fragonia:
A uniquely balancing Australian oil, Fragonia helps clear ancestral imprints and harmonises feminine/masculine polarities—especially around safety, family, and belonging.
Cypress Wood:
Cypress stabilises the energetic body, clears grief held in the lower chakras, and builds protective sanctuary for sensitive or scattered energy fields.
Frankincense:
Though often associated with upper chakras, in this blend Frankincense becomes a root-to-crown bridge—allowing spirit to fully enter the body with full embodiment.
Crystalline Infusion:
Mookaite Jasper – Earthwise, stabilising, ancestral; supports physical vitality, courage, and adaptability. Holds the red-gold signature of the Australian desert and the memory of primordial earth. Only found in Western Australia.
Use:
Roll onto pulse points—wrists, temples, soles of the feet, or over the heart. Breathe deeply and place your hands on your lower belly or back. Feel the support of the land beneath you.
Hum the vibration of LAM as you visualise your energy connecting to the earth, step by step.
Mantra:
“I am safe. I am held. I am home in my body.”
